Make an entry in logging file?
Parameterized logging as implemented by @thammegowda is magnitudes more
efficient than traditional string + <?>Excepton logging
@thammegowda maybe we need INFO degreded (logging sense) to DEBUG

doing the build thats something I didn't approach :)
