Hi Juan Pablo,
I made a quick attempt to run the 2.10.2 snapshot. I removed the 2.10.1 version
from my Eclipse/Tomcat environment, cleaned everything, imported the 2.10.2 war
file into Eclipse, published the Eclipse apps and started Tomcat. This
configuration ran JSPWiki using it's own XML authentication and all it's
default settings. I didn't change anything. I accessed the JSPWiki using the
localhost:8080 address, created an admin user, logged in as admin, was welcomed
as admin (authenticated), created a main page, then tried to attach a simple
text file and got the same JSPWiki error message. The Firebug Net console
showed these lines:

In my previous testing, my only success with attachments was using JSPWiki in a
non-container authentication mode, outside of Eclipse. I was curious if you or
any other JSPWiki developers use the Eclipse development environment.
