Mike, that could be because of caching. The property jspwiki.usePageCache = true is default, and so you might have page caching on. You can verify that on your wiki by creating a page like https://jspwiki-wiki.apache.org/Wiki.jsp?page=SystemInfo and check the *Current Page Provider *setting.
