JSPWIKI-1226: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/JSPWIKI-1226 The links of the items of the RSS 2.0 feeds were relative to the web application (for example /test/Wiki.jsp?page=Main&version=2), while RSS 2.0 and the feed validators require full URLs. RSS20Feed now completes them with the scheme, host and port of the request, as it already did for the link of the channel. This removes the FIXME that asked for it. ChangeLog.md and the BUILD in Release.java are updated. Test: RSSGeneratorTest.testRSS20LinksAreAbsolute. It fails on master (link is not absolute) and passes with the change. The full test suite of jspwiki-main passes (935 tests). Not covered: the url of the enclosures (attachments) of the RSS 2.0 feed is still relative; Atom and RSS 1.0 are unchanged; the guid and atom:link rel=self recommendations of the validator are not added; the output was not run through the online validator. -- This is an automated message from the Apache Git Service.
