I have prepared the release of Scout 1.2.3. We have a tag at:
http://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/juddi/scout/tags/scout-1.2.3/
the release artifacts are staged at:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachews-009/
I just noticed that this should be orgapachejuddi. So I have re-opened
https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/INFRA-3172
to address this going forward.
The source bundle is found at:
https://repository.apache.org/content/repositories/orgapachews-009/org/apache/ws/scout/scout/1.2.3/scout-1.2.3-sources.jar
I think it makes sense to release this to get it into peoples hands, and
then soon (next week?) follow it up by a jUDDI-3.1.1 and Scout-1.2.4
release to fix the remaining issues (see jiras scheduled for 1.2.4).
