Hi all,

Friendly bump on this vote thread. With the KIP freeze for 4.4 approaching
in early June, it would be great if you could take a moment to review and
vote.

To recap, this KIP adds subnet-level support (CIDR notation) to ACL host
patterns, so administrators can write rules for entire IP ranges instead of
maintaining individual entries per host.
