Basically, I'm not sure this is great user experience. When I looked at the
API, I found it awkward to use and understand why I needed to specify a
timestamp. If there are use cases that are general, I'd like to hear and maybe
we should update documentation. But if not, we should remove it. [~jjkoshy] Any
comments?
