`partitioner.rack.aware` allows user to adjust the route to try the rack as
much as possible. However, it is hard to observe the "miss" from client side
since we didn't add any metrics for that.
Since the rack is used to save money, the unit of metrics should be bytes. It
should record the size of produce requests sent to brokers whose rack differs
from `client.rack`.
This is useful even without `partitioner.rack.aware`, as users can see the
cross-rack traffic before and after enabling it.
