I understand where you coming from and the kind of work that not only has the development side to create images, but also the effort necessary to to publish those across registries and etc. However, the KIE project has positioned itself as cloud-native tech stack, which I think the cloud role should be incorporated in all positions. I think that start with the proposed structure would give a more streamlined initial bootstrap of the project and community. Of course we will all work toward to the community growth and eventually will get much more members to the structure.
