That's my proposal too, Gabriele. I really want to release, but I don't want to jeopardize contributions and our cloud efforts. Copying the code over to kie-tools, we release, keep the PRs coming in the repos they are today and after the release, we sit down and restructure. If we merge, I doubt we will fix anything after that.
I think the problem is waaaaay deeper since we don't have boundaries among our initiatives and projects. And that is reflected in our codebase and infra. Another problem is that CI is yet another project/piece of software and that must be treated as this. We must have people engaged on that nearly 100% of the time, improving, making it better, reliable, and robust. It's not a one-way thing that you create once and leave it there.
