Okay - we will start burning down open PRs and I'll take a pass at the open JIRAs for 2.1.0 and move things out that aren't likely to land. Please take note of these issues as they are moved out and pull them back in if they are required and you have intentions of getting them in within the next couple weeks.
I will be looking to cut a release branch sometime this week so we will need to double merge anything that doesn't make that branching.
