My intent was for this to be editable and commentable by anyone that can login.
Can someone confirm that this is the case by default?
If not we may need to ask for some help from infra.

The styles and formatting in wiki makes it much more readable and
comprehensible.

As long as the JIRA has a link to it and other dev community members can
comment on the design either in the wiki or in the related JIRA, would
vote for wiki for design doc.

I think that the wiki is a good scratch pad but as far as open discussion
of the designs - I think JIRA is better.
For instance, when I look at the simple way to add providers - my one
comment is that it really should be custom instead of default.
If this were a gdoc then I could easily add a comment to the doc.
If it were a JIRA, I can also comment.
I suppose that I could edit the Wiki and leave an <ljm>comment</ljm>
comment.

Other than that, I think wiki is well suited for hashing this stuff out.
Feels sort of like the Blueprints used in OpenStack land - though I'm not
sure that they are wiki per se.

Hi Everyone,
I'm starting to sketch out some designs for various jira as child pages
of
this wiki.

I'd love feedback on both the content as well as the use of the wiki for
this.
