Hi, Akashi_07, When kylin.cube.cubeplanner.enabled is true (default is true), when the cube has a segment that has not yet completed the build, it is not allowed to build another segment.
The only way to bypass this check is to set kylin.cube.cubeplanner.enabled to false. Please decide whether to set this parameter to false if you know the role of cube planner.
