Why do you think so? Adding a new language into 2.0 should be *very* easy. Adding new language in my build system is also easy ;-)
Well, if it were much work I wouldn't like to impose it on you, as we are not strictly "a team which can't build on more systems"...
Could you make Dutch language packs (Windows and Linux) for a recent milestone, after merging the SDF of http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=41053 ? That would be very helpful!
