this is somewhat similar to my #i40213#. Please remember that there could
be pieces like this:
\\<link href=\\\"text/shared/01/06140000.xhp\\\"
name=\\\"Configure\\\"\\>Customize\\</link\\>
where the first string ("Configure") is different from "Customize".
Hmmm ... I wonder if we could find a way to make this nicer. For
example, removing the href from the link and then reinserting it when we
link the PO files back.
