Yes, this is precisely what I want to do now. It refers to freedom #1 according 
to the FSF
definition of free software. We're OK.


Currently there is no mechanism implemented to override locale data
definitions in an installation, this is on the to-do list for some
future version.

This is good news but I'd like to have a solution right now. This is the reason 
why I'll
try and recompile the localedata_euro.dll, unless somebody does it for me.


I don't understand why you need to enter thousand separators when keying
in numbers...

No, I don't want to type in thousands separators. I just don't want the 
thousands
separator to be something else a space when I use the '.' as decimal separator. 
This is
why I have to get a modified French locale instead of using another locale.
