You need the full OOo source code to compile transex3 or at least a solver for Windows or GNU/Linux. Try to follow the instructions here: http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_linux.html http://tools.openoffice.org/dev_docs/build_windows_tcsh.html Even if you could compile the transex3 alone, you'd need the full source code to extract and merge the strings. (O sea, que básicamente necesitas bajarte todo el código fuente y seguir las instrucciones para compilar un proyecto que encontrarás en las páginas que te he pasado.
