When and how do internal locale codes get assigned once you've mailed
this list?
- the language part is the ISO939 code
what are the ISO 639 codes for valencian ?
valencian seems not listed even in the fine grained iso939-3
http://www.sil.org/iso639-3/macrolanguages.asp
- the seca-ond aprt is the country code ISO 3166 (iirc)
if no MS CLSID available, ask Eike for one if possible
