Hello everybody.
At the moment our users have very little control over number, currency
and date/time format - all they can do is to either use settings from
localle or not. This is very inflexible and limiting approach.
We have an issue 51662 asking to change that. The issue has collected
148 votes so far (7th top voted issue).
Please consider this issue for 3.0.
Please also note that it is important to read all settings, not just
decimal separator.
