I doubt that using it will work since there are too man tools involved
changing/creating sdf files and the meaning of the date would change
often(date of translation/date of export/date of conversion/...)
so I'd vote to remove it(leave it empty for further use)

Regardless of the version and date, every single translation string
retains a date string of "2002-02-02 02:02:02".
This is useless.
