yes today is the delivery date for all the teams which have finished
translation. Since the import and integration process takes some time,
it is really convenient to start delivering today.

If there are some teams who are a bit behind with their translation and
or bug fixes, they can deliver on July 4th, bests at 10:00 am CEST. This
very last delivery date should really be used to submit translations if
the team cannot deliver before.
