Hi Pootle users,
This is a reminder.
As announced before, Pootle is going to be updated with m28 milestone on
July 31th and the server will be down in one hour.
Please make sure that you finish current work before the down time.
If you have any concern, please let me know.
Thanks,

Rafaella,
we today agreed in personal talk with Ruediger that we need to
identify the strings in question to come the final decision.
Unfortunatly I still didn't get that information, is anybody able to
provide the open strings so that we come to a decision asap ?
Martin
It doesn't matter what strings or how many there are. It's a matter
of principle. New string(s) should not appear after the translation
delivery deadline. Ever.
Major releases are great for marketing and translators are trying
their best to polish translations from previous major release.
Best regards
I completely agree with you. But now we have this issue and we need to
find a solution. We have basically 2 possibilities:
1) close the eyes and leave with the fact that we have approx 500
untranslated words in the final product that we will fix in the 3.2
release (which, honestly, I cannot recommend)
2) translate the approx. 500 words and ask all the teams to redeliver
by August 7th and postpone the RC 1-2 weeks.
I would recommend all the native-language teams to start updating
their translations based on m27 and start redelivering as soon as
ready (no later than August 7th) not to lose any additional time.
Pootle content on sunvirtuallab will be updated on Thusday, July 31st.
In case of terminology works please have all corrected files uploaded
to Pootle by Wednesday, July 30th COB CET.
Thanks,
Rafaella
