2.x is quite old. We are working on 3.0.0 RC4 which will be out on
Oct
13( I hope).
Sun's pootle[1] is the right way to start.
I am not sure that the po files on the pootle is targeted for 3.0.0
or 3.0.1,
but it is what I am working on.
Aijin.Kim/AT/Sun.COM and Robert.Malovec/AT/Sun.COM will tell you how
to get started with pootle. Keep them busy until you get your feet
wet
