My Language is listed on portal, but as for I know, I have not
send any request from my community (Punjabi) to add to Pootle.
(page is saying " to Pootle by community's requests.)
Is there any mistake you did with Punjabi?
it seems that there has been some misconnects with the Leads of the
languages uploaded to Poolte. If you wish to get admin rights, you'll be
the only one who will be able to assign the translation tasks to your
team members. If you don not want to have you language available in
Pootle we will remove it.
Just let us know what works for you.
