Telugu has been added to the integration list:

Can you please confirm if there is any legacy translation of Telugu to
be uploaded to Pootle? If so, please provide me with the translation as
sdf or po format.
New language is going to be uploaded to pootle2:

And please subscribe to to...@l10n mailing list if you haven't yet. You
can get more info about Pootle there.
