Back to the topic of this thread... :-)
After IHI re-built CWS localization35 (Currently uploading it), I had a look
into that very issue:

Quoting myself:
I just had a look at the re-built CWS. No change for PT-BR and JP.
But for KO, they are translated. -> Reopening issue.
Then I looked into source\dialog\dinfdlg.src with IHI.
We saw that the translations for HU, JP, PT, PT-BR, VI and ZH-TW are missing.
Ivo told me that FMA must solve this.
Thus FMA owns that issue now.
