I merged the missing tooltip strings in vi , pt-BR and ja ( issue 99351
). Those strings are not part of the uploaded builds but fixed in the
source. For the rest of the languages the translations are still missing.

I just had a look at the re-built CWS. No change for PT-BR and JP. But
for KO, they are translated. -> Reopening issue.
Then I looked into source\dialog\dinfdlg.src with IHI.
We saw that the translations for HU, JP, PT, PT-BR, VI and ZH-TW are
missing.
Ivo told me that FMA must solve this.
Thus FMA owns that issue now.
