I dont believe such issues come up during simple qa tests. Ok, as I so or so work every day 4 or more hours with oo.o development and rc builds on Windows and Linux and can be sure that these builds install, run, and what a surprise, even can open and save the documents, I can just get an qa account for my language and mark these platforms tested to be distributed.
