this file is a (pre)_m15 based en-US sdf file with added keyids. if you
open a kid / keyid build you will see. you can use it for debugging.
this is *not* a new m16 or whatever file that you might have to update.
to. "kid" is just a pseudo language.

How can I get the new localized sdf file?
I tried it with PO files on Pootle and localize_kid.sdf but maybe
something was wrong.
