Yeah, I noticed... However, previous version was similar crap (in terms of source code), so I just ignored it. To me, it looked as if somebody generated that page using OpenOffice itself (bad, bad idea!) I wouldn't care about <b> tags as they're being rehabilitated in HTML5 and I started using them myself sometimes (in those cases where I mean bold font, and not strong emphasis), but using table for layout, and all those font tags are really ugly.
