July 15th is translation delivery deadline for all the teams who
would like to see their versions released as Beta 1. Please note
that that the focus of the Beta 1 release is UI only.
August 12th is final translation delivery deadline (UI + Help) for
the 3.3 release.

Milestone 83 can be used to start translation. However, please
disregard 2 modules that erroneously have been integrated:
testautomation and migrationanalysis.
Please note that there is a Beta release scheduled for 3.3. The
focus of the Beta release is primarily UI, that means, that it's
not a requirement to provide translated Help files. Delivery
deadline for the Beta is July 15th.
