I think giving only handles is not very helpful and doesn't convey much
information. The default behavior should satisfy most common use cases, so we
should give more information by default.
Imagine an API `getAllCustomers` where by default only UDID of all the
customers are returned. This is pretty useless default behavior and a better
behavior will be to publish the name and email as well in the default behavior.

Most fields are small values like submitter, priority, launch time etc. If you
have specific fields in mind which can contain lot of data, then we can ignore
only those specific fields from the output.
