IMO it would be nice to get the "base url" from the proxy URL module too,
so that it can be used for non-document URLs as well, e.g.:
{proxy:baseUrl}/images/foo.gif --> http://www.foobar.com/images/foo.gif
That would make it indenpendent from documents, and refactoring into
the DocumentInfoModule might not be appropriate.
I implemented that for a customer project, if nobody objects I'll check it in.
