sorry, the patch does not apply cleanly here. probably my tree is
botched, but i'm on tour atm and i can't do a fresh checkout over my
mobile - i'll try and apply the stuff tomorrow night when i'm back home,
unless someone else beats me to it.

updated previous patch to work with trunk
Hi Joern, thanks for taking a look at it.
I have updated the patch so that it works with the latest trunk, at least on my
machine.
There are also a few files/folders that need to be manually deleted after
applying (i.e. the patch deletes the java file but not its folders).
They are:
src/modules/kupu/config
src/modules/kupu/java
src/webapp/lenya/resources/kupu/download.xhtml
src/webapp/lenya/usecases/kupu/usecase-kupu.js
