If I were to convince my employer that it would be beneficial for me to attend this event, and that they could pay my air fare, would anyone be able to suggest somewhere i could get accommodation? btw, i only speak English. Will the majority of people there be speaking German as their first language or something else which may make it difficult to contribute?
personally i'd be comfortable to have the entire meeting in english (which would enable us to stream the stuff for remote participants in a meaningful way).
