No, only 42952 and 43136 are marked as blockers (in the more strict sense). But I don't mean to argue with you -- there is no harm in maintaining the tracking bug if you want :-) But if we don't intend to fix the other 16 before the 2.0 release then maybe we should change their targets to 2.0.1 now.
