Just FYI, there is an experiment libvirt driver
(https://github.com/apache/libcloud/blob/trunk/libcloud/compute/drivers/libvirt_driver.py)
and libvirt supports VMWare hypervisor.
The problem is that it's really hard to nicely map libvirt API onto libcloud
API and that is the reason that driver is incomplete and considered
experimental.
