Hi all!
I'm trying to add interlingua support (both in spellchecking and
hyphenation) to OOo; I've created the dictionaries, copied the files to
/opt/openoffice.org1.9.79/share/dict/ooo
and edited the dictionary.lst file adding these lines:
DICT ia IT ia
HYPH ia IT hyph_ia
(BTW, what country code should I use for interlingua, that is an
international language?)
Then, when I enter OOo and select the
"tools->options->language settings" tab, I can see that interlingua
appears with the "ABC" check mark. Good!
But, alas, spellchecking and hyphenation won't work (it just deos
nothing).
If I edit the dictionary.lst file and write
DICT it IT ia
HYPH it IT hyph_ia
and I select italian language, then I the text I write gets correly
spellchecked and hyphenated according to interlingua rules. Look like
some configuration file for interlingua is missing, but which?
BTW, if I go to the "Writing aids" tabs, and I select Myspell or
AltLinux, there are no checkboxes for interlingua...
Any hint?
