Subject: Swedish spellchecker in OOo 2.0

I have downloaded the the swedish version of OOo 2.0.1.rc5 (build
 8990) for Windows from:
http://oootranslation.services.openoffice.org/pub/OpenOffice.org/2.
0.1rc5/O Oo_2.0.1rc5_051215_Win32Intel_install_sv.exe
and although the user interface is in Swedish the swedish
spellchecker isn't installed (no Abc check mark in the Language
section of options). It took me a while to discover that - the
(nonexisting) swedish spellchecker is chosen as the default, which
only leads to the amazing fact that all words are considered
rightly spelled. There is no indication whatsoever when you do the
spell checking that the dictionary han't been installed. When I
finally found out that, I installed it by using DicOOo, and it
 worked as it should.

Is there any legal reason for not including the swedish
spellchecking dictionary or is it just a mistake? The readme file
in sv_SE.zip (the one that is installed with DicOOo) states that
it is LGPL, so it should be OK, I think. Or am I wrong?

I have reported this as an issue:
http://qa.openoffice.org/issues/show_bug.cgi?id=60288

If it (for some reason) is impossible to install the swedish
dictionary at the same time as the main installation I think it
should be told at the download page.

Sincerely,
Peter Bacharach
