Hello good day, i am a student from philippines. I am part of our goverment's project in adding a component for spelling and grammar checker for Tagalog Language in Openoffice Writer. I know Java and C++ and a background in natural language processing. Unfortunately, I don't know how to add a component in open office. Please tell me, what should I do first, or what document would I read.
