You should be able to (de)select the (un)used ones in the installation.
For Linux distros that means you need separate packages for each and
every language. I also think that dictionaries shouldn't be bundled with
the UI localisation for the same language as people might want to write
text in different languages but keep their GUI to their own one.

These are points we need to address in our repackaging efforts.
