Ah, that error message is pretty self explanatory : the database server at
your host has a limit on the number of available connections - the problem
is not CF but DB related.  If its SQL Server the configured number of user
connections is not enough to support the number of concurrent connections to
the SQL Server instance.

This is probably due to either a limited version of SQL Server say MSDE.

No. As I said, I have no access to the host's server.

I'm going to ask the host to take a look at the client storage, so I might
have a better picture about it when that comes back.
