Not idea about support, but could you try intercepting the mail before it
gets to Lyris and convert back to the correct version?

Subject: [CF-Dev] OT : Lyris and ListManager support

Does anyone know if there are any help/support resources available if you
haven't purchased support for ListManager from Lyris? Suspect TPTB wouldn't
fancy coughing up for a poxy Q like this...

We're having a problem with commands sent to Lyris via e-mail in anything
other than UTF-7 not being unescaped before they are processed. So, "get
mylist 20050101", which should return messages for 01/01/2005 for the list
called "mylist", is received by Lyris "get=20mylist=2020050101", on which it
promptly pukes.

Any pointers to support resources or the answer much appreciated.
