I'm an optimist and hope eventually I'll get the critical mass of people upcoming through the schools/colleges or elsewhere with new IT/broadband to make it worthwhile in the future, the concept works well in the US Spain etc, btw there's off the shelf prebuilt web sites available as usergroup web sites, and plenty of free forum software. Also Macromedia Breeze is available for developers on the site who would like to broadcast a preso on their choosing or share in an online usergoup meeting. I'm very busy though but I'll get round to a window and an overhaul that will allow me to play with a Flash site sometime between Easter and Summer, the site provides useful info at times to me and others and can be a bridge to developers in US etc, eg I've just been to a useful Breeze preso on Flash components, url to this I posted earlier on mmug-dublin. Thanks for the kick in the rear, .... you can find out how to contact me if you'd like to help out....it would be a nice surprise to discover your not a knocker:-))Usergroup has been of benefit to me and I can't see why it can't benefit others!!I'm not knocking knockers either, there's always a great deal to be learned from them, did I say that!:)I can hear Snake's feet running to turn cf-dev into a usergoup and get a free copy of CF7 and free use of Breeze as we speak! -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Behalf Of Mark Woods Sent: Tuesday, March 22, 2005 1:26 PM To: Coldfusion Development Subject: RE: [work] Re: [CF-Dev] OT: dreamweaver >- see footer for list info -< >I suppose I could do with some help developing it...:( But Colm, according to www.cbweb.net , you do web design? Why would you need help designing a few web pages? If you know it needs help, you're not in a position to sort it out yourself and nobody else has offered to help - maybe it would be better to just take it down and stick with the Yahoo! Groups page.
