Rich, besides the options mentioned so far, can I recommend you check out
the category I have on my list of 700+ tools/resources:

        Remote Presentation/Assistance/Web Conferencing Tools
        http://carehart.org/resourcelists/tools_to_consider/#remote

There I offer 14 options in this category. Now, you say you want something
to install and control, and that you don't want users to have to install
something. On the first point, I don't think any of the ones I list work
that way (they may, so check out each option). Are these people all inside a
single firewall or VPN? If not, then if you don't use a web-based app,
you'll likely have port conflicts. As for what users need to download, that
does vary.

Besides checking out the options I offer, you might want to investigate the
site I link to that discusses such products, and I'm sure there are other
such overviews, to help you.

I hope I can remind people that whenever you have a quesiton like, "what
options exist to do...", you'll check first to see if my list of nearly 100
categories might have your answer. :-)

Sorry, I know this one comes up from time to time...

Does anyone have any recommendations for b2b conferencing software? Ideally
something that doesn't cost the earth like adobe connect pro. ($750/month?
Wha de?)

Its for a client who specifically requested it also be idiot-proof (or as
near as).

Muchas gracias.

Mr. Wild.
