You could just use port forwarding to send the request to port 80 so that CF can deal with it.
Won't port forwarding just forward the traffic, without altering the data, to port 80. You might be able to force the type of service flag, but that won't turn it into a valid http request and the web server will presumably just deal with as an invalid request, bypassing coldfusion entirely. At least, that's what I would expect to happen, but I'm no expert on these things.
