Vishal, There will be 3 tracks for the summit. 1. Governance track. Mostly focused on f2f discussion to finalize the charter documents. 2. User education track. Community submissions are welcome. Topic of focus. Help for New users, Help for new contributors, active deployments/success stories. If you have a talk on one of these topics. Please let Chaitanya and I know. We can provide you with a 15 minute or 30 minute slot per your needs. 3. Tech track. Opportunity for TSC, ARB and Infra folks meet f2f. Topics tracks are up to the leaders of each one of these teams. If you are active project contributor please contact Joseph for TSC and ARB and Paul for Infra, if you want to book time to discuss a particular concern with the whole group. For example, proposed rule change, particular blue print for 5.0 release, etc.
If you are not an active user or contributor, then come to listen and learn on how you can become one. That is your best bet for engaging with the project.
