Valentine,
At the point we made a firm decision that all technical committees are merit
only.
Yandex cannot be a corporate member without paying both LF and LF-N dues.
But you can be an individual member (this requires no dues). This allows you to
participate in the project and be a member of any of the technical committees.

This leaves governance committee. We have not made a decision to make it pure
merit based board. I need to take a look and see how the other LF-N projects
react. If we do not raise enough revenue for the LF-N. We will not have many
seats on the governance, marketing or TAC, which means limited marketing and
support funds.

Thanks
Greg

    Hi Greg,

Does one need to be an LF member to be a voting member of the
TSC/ARB/whatever else committee once OpenContrail moves under the
    foundation umbrella?

I'm sure we've discussed this already, but I can't remember for sure :(

    Thanks,
    Valentine
