I just pushed libretools 20140202 to [libre]. This is a bugfix
release.
Changes since 20140120.1:
* librechroot:
- Fix chroot.conf:CHROOTEXTRAPKG support
- mkarchroot: Prevent variables like TMPDIR from interfering with
creating a chroot
* libremakepkg: Fix network handling (it wasn't being dissabled when
it should be)
* Makefile: Fix extra files from being installed in /usr/lib/librelib
* The copyright headers were bumped to 2014 where appropriate (this
was missing in versions from January.)
* Lots more unit tests, fix old unit tests.
