I guess it depends on CPU, mine 2.3 GHZ takes 100%, what's your CPU's hz ? If it's something about 3 GHZ then it makes sense why it's 70% Anyway, 70% is too much, e.g. on linux skin takes about 1% max on equivalent hardware. SeokYeon, do you know who's developer of emulator skin ?
